Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Author Guidelines

1. General Author Guideline

All manuscripts must be submitted to SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) Office by Online Submission at E-Journal portal address.

Manuscript must be written in English . The manuscript should be written based on the SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) format.

2. Manuscript Template

3. Reviewing Manuscript

Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by reviewer. The decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. If the reviewer consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within three months of the submission date.

4. Revision Manuscript

Manuscripts sent back to the author for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface. The revised manuscripts returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.

6. Manuscript Preparation Guideline

All manuscript submitted into SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) is checked and decided by the Editor of SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science). The manuscript which is not appropriate with the SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) format will be rejected. The manuscript which is appropriate with SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) format will be accepted and confirmed through email by Editor.

6.1. Manuscript Format

the manuscript which is submitted into SEAS (Sustainable Environment Agricultural Science) should contain at least with 10-15 pages with format like:

  1. INTRODUCTION
  2. METHOD
  3. DISCUSSION
  4. CONCLUSION
  5. ACKNOLEDGEMENT
  6. REFERENCES

6.2. Manuscript Title

6.3. Author Detail

6.4. Abstract and Keywords

Manuscript abstract should be in English

  • Heading(9 pt Times New Roman, Bold, italic, Center)
  • Body (9 pt Times New Roman, italic, justify, spacing 1.0pt)
  • Keyword(9 pt Times New Roman, italic, Align Left)

6.5. INTRODUCTION

In Introduction, Authors should state the objectives of the work at the end of introduction section. Before the objective, Authors should provide an adequate background, and very short literature survey in order to record the existing solutions/method, to show which is the best of previous researches, to show the main limitation of the previous researches, to show what do you hope to achieve (to solve the limitation), and to show the scientific merit or novelties of the paper. Avoid a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.

6.6. METHOD

In Methods, Authors should state the methods which used in the research by very short literature survey in order to record the existing solutions/method.

6.7. DISCUSSION

Results should be clear and concise. In the Discussion, it is the most important of your article. Make the discussion correspond with the finding but do not reiterate the discussion.

6.8. CONCLUSION

Conclusions should answer the objectives of the research. Tells how your work advances the field from the present state of knowledge. Without clear Conclusions, reviewers and readers will find it difficult to judge the work.

6.9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Recognize those who helped in the research, especially funding supporter of your research. Include individuals who have assisted you in your study: Advisors, Financial supporters, or may another supporter, i.e. Proofreaders, Typists, and Suppliers, who may have given materials.
