Article Processing Charge

1. Submission Fee

There are NO submission fees for the Politicos: Jurnal Politik Dan Pemerintahan (Politicos). Submitting a manuscript is entirely free of charge.

2. Publication Fee

Manuscripts submitted on or after January 1, 2026: To ensure long-term sustainability, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 3.000.000 will apply to accepted papers. This fee covers the costs of peer review administration, professional production (PDF/XML), digital archiving, and indexing services.

3. Withdrawal & Sanction Policy

Politicos maintains a strict policy against unethical withdrawal. Withdrawing a manuscript after the peer-review process has commenced wastes valuable editorial and reviewer resources.

• Withdrawal during peer review: Authors may be subject to a reimbursement fee of IDR 600,000 to cover administrative costs.
• Withdrawal after acceptance: A fee of IDR 1,000,000 applies.

Note: Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to the Editor-in-Chief. Failure to settle the reimbursement may result in the author being blacklisted from future submissions to Politicos.
