Abstract


Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 on Higher Education shows that higher education as part of the national education system has a strategic role in the intellectual life of the nation and advance science and technology sustainable. To realize it required good quality of service to the community both PTN and PTS. The quality of universities is marked by the growing number of students and the services provided. The better the services provided the better the value of the PTS and the more desirable. The increase in Unwar's number of new students has an impact on the number of active students overall. The number of active students of Unwar has increased significantly which in the year 2013/2014 the number of active students as many as 2,864 people and in 2016/2017 to a number of 9403 people with an average increase in active students at 48.87% per year. With so many students and the increasing public trust on Unwar, it is necessary to pay attention to the service to the students. As for the problem formulated is how the level of satisfaction of student services Warmadewa University in 2017 The purpose of this study are: to determine the level of satisfaction services student University of Warmadewa Year 2017.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with 361 samples. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaire techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the service of academic activities and services of student affairs activities are included in the good category, however the service of academic activities and student activities services still needs to be improved. In terms of academic service activities that must be improved namely: convenience and security of parking facilities; lecturers deliver semester learning plans (RPS) and lecture contracts before starting lectures; employees responding to complaints and needs of students; learning in accordance with the scheduled time; lecturers and employees are friendly to students, while in the service of student affairs activities that need to be improved are: comfort unity space ,; ability of coach / escort in conducting guidance and mentoring to students; financial support for student activities; equal treatment in guidance and implementation of activities; implementation of monitoring and evaluation of student activities.
