Author Guideline and Online Submission

Steps For Online Submission

After having username/password for logging in into Jurnal Hukum Prasada, the author will be brought into online author submission interface where the author should click new submission or click click here in the start new submission section.

Step 1 Starting The Submission: The author should check-mark the journal check list and it should be appropriate with the articles content. The author can give comment to the editor in the comments for editor section.

Step 2 Uploading The Submission: To upload the manuscript into the journal, click browse/choose file on the upload submission file and choose the manuscript document file (.doc/.docx) to be submitted, then click upload button until the file has been uploaded.

Step 3 Entering Submissions Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.

Step 4 Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary file should be uploaded for additional data that support your article. Therefore, click on Browse button, choose the files, and then click on Upload button. If there is no supplementary files to be uploaded just click save and continue button.

Step 5 Confirming The Submission: Author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Jurnal Hukum Prasada, click Finish Submission button after the documents are true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgment by email and will be able to view the submissions progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.

After this submission, Authors who submit the manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Authors can track their submission status at any time by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes the status of the manuscript review and editorial process.

Preparation of manuscripts
Authors should carefully prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the following instructions: (1) All manuscripts should be prepared according to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 6th ed. (American Psychological Association [APA], 2010); (2) Manuscripts should be as concise as possible, yet sufficiently detailed to permit adequate communication and critical review; (3) Consult the APA Publication Manual for specific guidelines regarding the format of the manuscript, abstract, citations and references, tables and figures, and other matters of editorial style, and; (4) Tables and figures should be used only when essential.

Submit the manuscript
Before all of you submit the manuscript, please read carefully and follow the information: (1) The manuscript was the result of your own works (original – not plagiarism) and has never been published in another journal; (2) The article written in English; (3) Manuscript file must be digital. We suggest for use of software Microsoft Office (2010 or above) with an extension document (.doc, or .docx). -- hard copy submissions are not accepted, and; (4) Document format style: Manuscript type on A4 Margin Left: 2,5 cm, Top: 3 cm, Right: 2,5 cm, Bottom: 2.5 cm; one column. For body text use one column; single line spacing -- before = 0 and after = 6; black color font, and; use only one space after each word periods. Page Limitation
The full length of the submission manuscript not be more than 6000 words, or a maximum of 12 pages and a minimum of 4 pages; including references, table, and figure (Appendix--Exclude).
 
Manuscript Preparation Guideline
All manuscript submitted to Jurnal Hukum Prasada is checked and decided by the Editor of Jurnal Hukum Prasada. The manuscript that is not appropriate with the Jurnal Hukum Prasada format will be rejected. The manuscript which is appropriate with Jurnal Hukum Prasada format will be accepted and confirmed through email by the Editor.
 
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors who do not adhere to these guidelines.
1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. Please give valid information at the top of the article including; name, affiliation name, and e-mail address based on author guidline
5. Please check the manuscript format. The manuscript format should be appropriate with the format that has been written in the Author Guideline.
 
Manuscript Format
The manuscript that is submitted to Jurnal Hukum Prasada should contain not more than 6000 words, or a maximum of 12 pages and a minimum of 4 pages; including references, table, and figure (Appendix--Exclude). The detailed manuscript format of Jurnal Hukum Prasada could be downloaded here.
