Model prediksi perkembangan kawasan wisata Bali utara ditinjau dari variabel tata guna lahan dan infrastruktur
Abstrak
Bali merupakan salah satu provinsi yang termasuk dalam 50 Destinasi Pariwisata Nasional (DPN) yang dikembangkan menjadi 5 Destinasi Pariwisata Daerah (DPD) yang didukung oleh Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata daerah (KSPD) yang bertema Pariwisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti perkembangan pariwisata dengan mempertimbangkan pengaruh komponen wisata yang direfleksikan menjadi variabel tata guna lahan dan komponen infrastruktur transportasi, menggunakan DPD Bali Utara yang didukung oleh KSPD Lovina dan KSPD Air Sanih sebagai lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan luaran penelitian yang diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dan informasi bagi daerah dalam usaha meningkatkan perkembangan kawasan wisata di Bali Utara. Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 orang wisatawan, menggunakan metode analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan wisata di Bali Utara dapat diprediksikan secara signifikan melalui variabel tata guna lahan dan infrastruktur transportasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 63.4%, dimana variabel infrastruktur transportasi berpengaruh lebih signifikan yaitu 65.7% daripada variabel tata guna lahan sebesar 19%. Sedangkan tata guna lahan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 70.4% terhadap infrastruktur transportasi.
