Pengujian validitas konstruk berbagi pengetahuan pada tim proyek DB
Abstrak
Variabel atau konstruk berbagi pengetahuna merupakan konstruk multidimensional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas dari indikator-indikator pembentuk konstruk berbagi pengetahuan dengan melakukan analisis faktor konfirmatori (CFA). Konstruk berbagi pengetahuan diukur dengan 2 (dua) dimensi yaitu dimensi berbagi pengetahuan diam-diam dan dimensi berbagi pengetahuan secara ekplisit, dengan 14 (empat belas) indikator yang sesuai dengan kajian teoritis. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap berbagi pengetahuan diam-diam dan berbagi pengetahuan secara ekplisit dianalisis berdasar data lapangan yang dikumpulkan dari penyebaran 120 kuesioner pada 40 proyek DB di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Dari hasil outer loading, dapat dilihat bahwa semua indikator konstruk valid dimana nilai t-statistics yang dihasilkan > 1.96. Kemudian dari hasil path coefficients, bahwa semua first order konstruk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap second order konstruk berbagi pengetahuan dimana nilai t-statistics yang dihasilkan untuk semua first order konstruk > 1.96. Hal ini berarti bahwa instrumen berbagi pengetahuan yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas konstruk yang baik dan memiliki koefisien reliabilitas konsistensi internal yang tinggi.
