Implementasi Sistem Pendaftaran Daring (Si Taring) Dalam Pelayanan Publik Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Denpasar

Abstrak

The public service process is expected to be able to realize the concept of good governance so that public services can run optimally. One of the regions in Indonesia that strives to implement the concept of good governance is Denpasar City, which is located in Bali Province. Denpasar City as the center of government which has a very high level of population mobility has won a national level award in the form of the Gold category Pandu Negeri Award with a good governance assessment. But there are still obstacles in public services, namely the queue of people who are booming and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. So that the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registration Office seeks to provide solutions through the Si Taring (Online Registration System) as an effort in online-based public services. This study was conducted to determine the Implementation of Si Taring in Public Services at the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registration Office. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study uses 3 indicators, namely the existence of a program or policy, target groups, and implementing elements. Informant in this study consists of government and society. Data collection techniques are used through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used through data condensation, data presentation, drawing and verifying conclusions, and verified through data validity tests namelty credibility, transferability, dependability, confirmability. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the Online Registration System (Si Taring) has run well because the public is already aware of the Si Taring program so that it can make it easier for people to take care of population administration online and do not need to feel long queues and the availability of implementation procedures on the website. However, there are still some people who do not understand the available services so that regular socialization through the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registration Office is needed to the community.
